Nacho Mama- Canton, MD

As the semester was winding down, my boss and I decided to close shop early and celebrate the semester, with a monster lift  followed by a monster eating/drinking session. The play: NACHO MAMA‘s of Canton. Mexican cuisine is one of the best post work out meals you can consume with the balance of fats, carbs and proteins being ideal for insane hypertrophy (for those who don’t know what that means, it’s the scientific word for GAINZ).

I have heard good things about the place from people around the neighborhood, but if you read the last review of mine, trusting these people is like trusting not getting aid’s from Freddie Mercury after sharing a needle. Gonna be a little skeptical. But these people did not disappoint this time.

The menu is pretty large, with many choices of appetizers, tacos, burritos, nachos, fajitas, even some random shit like salads (get the fuck out of here). My choice was the Mango Habenero BBQ Pulled Chicken Truck Tacos w/ Rice and Baltimore Baked Beans. My boss got an order of nachos with every piece of animal protein they could put on it! Chicken, Steak, Pork, and Crab Dip all on top of their already loaded as fuck nachos.

As I bite into my first of 3 loaded tacos, the flavors of the mango habenero bbq sauce, the sweet slaw, the juicy chicken, the homemade corn tortilla, all have a god damn orgy in my mouth. And the good kind, where every ones a smoke show and std free, not the weird kind where they wear animal costumes, and most of the participants are fat middle-aged men. Within 3 bites I am finished my first taco. I now proceed to the “BALTIMORE” Baked Beans. Skeptical at first, because, 1: why the fuck would baked beans go with a taco entree, 2: if it’s not old bay or crab related i don’t want anything Baltimore with out those 2 ingredients. So I dove right in, and god dammit, they may be the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. I am still unsure of all the ingredients but I can tell you that there is 3 different meats chopped up in their. I believe bacon, sausage and brisket. As for the rice, it was just filler and i didn’t even finish all of it.
