“Devour the Competition” has become a weekly favorite among the Philadelphia Eagles. Every week the chefs at the Novacare Complex cook up a dish inspired by the opposing team’s city. Chef Tim Lopez went into detail about this on Episode 5 of The Just Grubbin podcast. They started off the week with a delicious Chicago style pizza so of course part 2 had to be Chicago style hot dogs! These beauties came with a seared all beef hot dog topped with a pickle spear, sliced tomato, hot peppers, emerald relish, onions and yellow mustard on a poppy seed bun.
Delicious.
