Finding good-for-you meals can be difficult when you’re short on time—but they do exist. Half the battle, however, is knowing exactly what not to order. That can be tricky business, because you’d never assume a chicken salad or vegetarian sub would serve you more than 1,000 calories.But after analyzing more than two dozen chain restaurant menus, that’s exactly what we found. Here are six on-the-go and sit-down options you should avoid next time you go out to eat.
