“Devour the Competition” has become a weekly favorite among the Philadelphia Eagles. Every week the chefs at the NovaCare Complex cook up a dish inspired by the opposing team’s city. Chef Tim Lopez went into detail about this on Episode 5 of The Just Grubbin podcast. This weeks delicious dish is a grilled New York strip steak sandwich topped with horseradish garlic sauce, melted cheddar jack cheese, sauteed peppers, onions & wild mushrooms on a butter toasted club roll.
