“Devour the Competition” has become a weekly favorite among the Philadelphia Eagles. Every week the chefs at the NovaCare Complex cook up a dish inspired by the opposing team’s city. Chef Tim Lopez went into detail about this on Episode 5 of The Just Grubbin podcast. Here’s what Chef Tim had to say about this week’s championship dish:
For the NFC Championship I had to go with a seared all beef bratwurst with beer cheddar sauce, fresh sauerkraut & spicy deli mustard paired up with a seared kielbasa topped with fried onions, peppers and melted cheddar.
