This is a no carb meal prep; Rustic Roasted Chicken thigh with side of sautéed Squash & Zucchini.
The chicken was smothered with minced garlic and lemon juice. Buttered under the skin to get it crispy and seasoned with various seasons Cheyenne Pepper, Garlic, Turmeric, Adobo, Salt, Pepper, and rosemary.
Baked at 375 degrees for an hour. Half way through I took the juices and poured them on top of the meat.
I Sautéed the veggies in a non-stick pan with extra virgin oil and salt & Pepper.
