For week 3 of my food subscription service, Home Chef, I went with some healthier options than last week.


Day 4: Cajun Shrimp Tacos

I was honestly worried this would not be enough food but it was actually too much. They were amazing!


Day 5: Parmesan-Crusted Cod

This was the first time I’ve cooked Cod and it won’t be the last. Cod is definitely a flakier fish with not much flavor but the Parmesan crust made it delicious. The salad however, was not enough so I did cook some rice to add to this dish.
