Day 11: Ritz Cracker-Crusted Cod:
I’ve never even thought about making my veggies mixed with almonds but it will now be one of my go-to’s. They were delicious! The fish was also good but still not as good as the pretzel crusted.
Day 12: Grilled Chicken with Mustard Vinaigrette:
This is the first time that I’ve had to cook longer than the recipe suggested because the chicken was still alittle undercooked. However, the feta cheese made this dish. It was definitely something I will try again.
