Cooking with Walker, Pt. 3- Chipotle Salmon BLT

Cooking with Walker is back after a year long hiatus and it’s as delicious as ever!


Chipotle Salmon BLT

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Rub Salmon with Olive Oil then season with Chipotle Spice Rub, sear for 3 minutes on each side, then bake for 5-8 minutes.

Just like any Sandwich, “It’s the bread!!!” For this one, I used a multi grain ciabatta bread and put them cut side down in a butter pan to grill it.

I then spread some Chipotle sandwich spread on the the bread, then topped the salmon with arugula, tomato, and bacon.
