News – “THE VEGAN DIET IS REVERSING THE AGING EFFECT ON JACKASS’S STEVE-O” – After years of pulling dangerous stunts during the filming of the hit MTV series “Jackass,” Steve-O is showing no signs of the aging.

After narrowly escaping death multiple times over the course of years during filming for the “Jackass” series, one might assume that Steve-O would, by now, be showing at least a little sign of aging on his face. The signs of aging that only the stress of once being catapulted into the sky in a porta potty can bring.

But it seems Steve-O hasn’t just slowed down the effects of aging, he has managed to completely reverse them by following a healthy plant-based diet.

Posting on his Twitter account, the vegan celeb showed two side by side images of his face – one taken in 2012 at age 38 and another taken in 2018. In the latter, the star appears to look younger. He captioned the post, “six years older, but still healthy as f*ck!”

A longtime vegan, Steve-O consistently shows off his physique on social media. In addition to following a plant-based diet, the star appears to prescribe to a regular exercise regime to keep himself in good shape. In June, he posted a topless snap on Instagram for his birthday. “For my birthday this year, I decided to get in the best shape I’ve ever been in,” he wrote.

Steve-O is not the first to credit a vegan diet with keeping his appearance fresh. Actor Alicia Silverstone recently wrote about how her plant-based diet keeps her looking similar to how she did in 1995 when the iconic film “Clueless” premiered.

     Reverse it all, your age, your health, heal sicknesses… it’s all within your hands. Let’s just say within the power of what you eat. One of the universes best kept secrets? Well it seemed that way, but a plant based diet has surfaced and is taking over “The light”. This amazing article is just one of many that is proposing awareness of the joys of being vegan. As Steve-O explains within his journey how he continues to be in the best shape of his life as he continues to age, the reverse effects of aging, ailments and injury takes a backseat all because of what you eat. He continues to inspire many as well as his strong stand for animal rights! 

      I want to add to this and give a brief story on how I’ve made a lifestyle change. Before I became a vegan I would indulge in meat and dairy and thought nothing wrong. I would always wonder why I would have certain pains, indigestion, trouble breathing and occasionally getting sick. Yet alone, the feeling of being exhausted and lethargic. I’ve always considered myself healthy up to that point and was always active but, I felt that something needed to change. I began to research, watch documentaries, talk to others whom have made the lifestyle change and let me say a year and a half later, I feel the best that I’ve ever felt. I’m healthier, looking younger, clearer skin, no ailments….hail no pains period. A plant based diet has saved my life, and I hope to inspire others to take the time to research and maybe make a lifestyle change as well. Let me not forget the endless options.. soooo much to choose from, so much to create!!! Yummmmy!! 

     It’s a lifestyle change, it will be new to you at first but understand that your body will love you in the long run. This is no yo-yo diet, a fad, or quick “7 day” garbage; this is real if you want real life-changing results and to be the best you, your body is waiting. Consider it, and see what will happen… become an inspiration to many!
