“Devour the Competition” With Chef Tim Lopez of the Philadelphia Eagles – Week 2, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

“Devour the Competition” has become a weekly favorite among the Philadelphia Eagles. Every week the chefs at the NovaCare Complex cook up a dish inspired by the opposing team’s city. Chef Tim Lopez went into detail about this on Episode 5 of The Just Grubbin podcast. Here’s what Chef Tim and the crew at the Nova Care came up with for this week’s dish:

DEVOUR THE COMPETITION RETURNS  After a week’s hiatus, Devour the Competition is back!  This Week — Tampa Bay Buccaneers   We served up some bangin’ Fish Tacos with Roasted Sofrito marinated Monkfish, Cilantro Lime Slaw, a Chipotle Baja Sauce and Fresh Avocado Crema.  Also on the roster was a Classic Cuban Panini – shown in it’s prep form here.
