WHY: Come in costume for free public trick or treating for all ages at Rittenhouse Row stores, restaurants, hotels, and more.

*TownHome will have a children-friendly temporary tattoo station.
New this year: Capital One will be giving children in costumes candy from the hours of 10-5pm. Between 12-3pm they will be hosting a storybook reading of Pete the Cat: Five Little Pumpkins on every hour in the back of the Café. After the story is finished, children are invited to decorate a pumpkin frame magnet to take home.
