King Crab done Three Ways: Norwegian Whole King Crab

  1. Ginger scallion steamed style – Steamed King Crab with a light drizzle of soy base sauce with a hint of ginger and scallion. This style focuses on the naturally sweet and succulent taste of the crab.
  2. Mince Pork with XO sauce – The crab is lightly breaded, flash fry, and then finished in the wok with the minced pork and XO sauce. XO sauce is a caramelized slice garlic and minced pork which give it a slightly sweet taste.
