This weeks delivery of Home Chef, there was two options that I’ve cooked before but I was excited to try the new recipe.
Day 44: Teriyaki-Scallion Fish Cakes with sesame snap peas
So far the Fish Cakes from Home Chef have been undefeated. Every time I’ve gotten them they have been so much different than the last and it’s so hard to decide which one was my favorite (probably Week 16 but these were definite a close second).
Day 45: Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken with green beans
This was so much different than any other prosciutto chicken I’ve made in the past and I credit that all to the sauce! It was the prefect combination of salty and garlicky. So good!
