News – “There’s a bacon vending machine at Ohio State”

wthr.comCOLUMBUS, Ohio (WTHR) — There’s very big news coming from Ohio State University and it’s got nothing to do with Urban Meyer.

The Ohio Pork Council has installed a bacon vending machine in the university’s animal science building at the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Through Dec. 13, students will be able to get bacon on demand for just $1, according to our sister station 10TV. While the machine is on campus, students in the meat science program will be responsible for stocking and maintaining it.

Food companies Hormel, Sugardale and Smithfield donated bacon strips and bacon bits for the machine.

The Ohio Pork Council’s president-elect said the vending machine is a fun way for the council to support students and the pork industry simultaneously.

Oh I need alllll parts of this, matter fact every office and corporation needs to have one of these glorious machines in the lobby…kudos to Ohio State for providing the candy of the meats on demand for their students.
