This weeks delivery of Home Chef, there wasn’t any fish options so I opted for Stuffed Peppers and I was very happy with my choice.
DAY 49: Chicken Dijonnaise with zucchini and sun-dried tomato gratin
This was good! I even saved the sauce and extra veggies and made extra chicken for lunch the next day. The veggies were probably one of the most unique creative options I’ve had with Home Chef yet.
DAY 50: Chicken Taco Stuffed Peppers with pico de gallo and sour cream
I can’t wait to make this again! I was delicious. This was the first time I’ve made stuffed peppers with poblano peppers. I’m actually excited to try this again with taco beef because it’s probably amazing.
