7th Annual Coffee & Tea Festival: Valley Forge
November 15, 2019 (Oaks, PA). – The 7th Annual Coffee and Tea Festival returns to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA on Saturday, December 14, 2019 and Sunday, December 15, 2019 for what promises to the be best fest yet. More than 3,000 caffeine-starved attendees are expected to pack the Expo Center to sample coffees and teas from around the world. Always a popular attraction during the pre-holiday season, tickets are selling fast and can be purchased at the event website www.CoffeeAndTeaFestival.com/philly. The first 500 ticketholders through the door each day receive a Coffee and Tea Festival tote filled with goodies to take home and enjoy. Parking is free.
Join more than 50 exhibitors from around the country as they pour tastings of their finest coffees and teas, and introduce some of their new and award-winning products. This celebration of coffee and tea also offers two days of seminars from well-known industry professionals and pioneers on topics as varied as: what is purple tea, the science behind brewing coffee with a siphon, and an introduction to tea tasting.
The festival also includes select exhibitors that create deliciously dunkable and complimentary specialty foods that can be enjoyed with coffee, with tea, or on their own. Many attendees visit the show with their holiday gift shopping list in hand.
Tickets ($20 per day) include admission to the event, access to special programs, and unlimited tastings from exhibitors. The first 500 ticketholders to arrive each day receive a complimentary tote which includes an assortment of samples to enjoy at home. The festival is open from 10:00am-5:00pm on Saturday, December 14th, and from 10:00am-4:00pm on Sunday, December 15th. Children 12 and under do not need a ticket to attend the festival, do not receive a tote, are not permitted in program area, and must be supervised at all times.

Ticket Options and Information:
Single Day Admission: Purchase a ticket for Saturday or Sunday. Arrive any time after doors open at 10am on your selected day. Ticket Price: $20 + ticket service fees. Tickets only valid for the date of purchase. Shopping bags will be given to the first 500 attendees each day.
Children: Children 12 and under do not need a ticket to attend the event. However, there are various hot beverages so children should be supervised. Strollers are not allowed due to crowding. Please note: children are NOT permitted into any of the seminars. Children do not receive a shopping bag.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO GET INTO THE FESTIVAL?
The Coffee & Tea Festival is a family friendly event. However, we encourage strong supervision of children since there will be hot liquids at many exhibitor’s tables. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for any supervision of attendees. Children are not allowed into the seminar areas. No strollers are allowed due to crowding.
AM I PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND COME BACK LATER IN THE DAY?
Yes, please make sure to obtain a wristband at the registration desk to properly identify yourself as an attendee.
IS THERE A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON THE TICKETS FOR CHILDREN, SENIORS AND MILITARY?
Yes. Children under the age of 12 are admitted into the festival for free. Anyone over the age of 12 needs to purchase a general admission ticket. Note, that strollers are not permitted due to crowding. Seniors and military can call 631-940-7290 to purchase a ticket at $5 each.
ARE STROLLERS PERMITTED?
Due to limited space between exhibitor booths and festival attendees, aisles can be tight at times and make it difficult for stroller use and navigation. Therefore, strollers are not permitted!
ARE PETS PERMITTED?
For your own safety and the safety of other guests, pets are not permitted with the exception of guide/therapy dogs who must carry proper identification tags.
WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes. There will exhibitors with a delicious array of food to purchase. An expo hall concession stand will also be operating.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED AT THE FESTIVAL?
Smoking is not permitted inside of the festival/venue; this includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?
Yes. There are over 5,000 free parking spaces at the expo center for you to utilize.
IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
Yes. Coats can be checked for a small fee that is given to the event’s charity partner.
WILL THERE BE A PLACE TO STORE LUGGAGE IF I AM COMING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN?
Unfortunately, we do not have room to store luggage at the event. We recommend that you bring your luggage to your hotel room prior to attending the event or leave it in your vehicle.
ARE SEMINARS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ADMISSION?
There are many wonderful seminars to attend that are included with regular admission, should you wish to participate. Please click here to view a full listing of seminars.
IS THERE EVENT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. However, the venue does not provide wheelchairs or walkers. Attendees in need of wheelchairs should bring their own.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS I LIKE?
Yes, many exhibitors will have products available to purchase, should you like to. We recommend attendees to bring cash to the event if they expect to make purchases. However, many exhibitors do accept credit cards and an ATM is located in the lobby.
ARE THERE ANY TASTINGS?
Exhibitors offer various tastings of their own products. However, there will also be tastings available through select seminars. Special seminars will require a reservation and a small materials fee. Please visit the seminars page for additional details.
CAN I VOLUNTEER?

CAN I GET A MEDIA PASS FOR THE EVENT?

I BOUGHT TICKETS AS A GIFT BUT THEY SAY MY NAME. WILL THE GIFT RECIPIENT HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING IN?
No, the ticket purchaser’s name is not checked upon entry. When attendees are processed into the event, their ticket is scanned for authenticity and validity.
ARE PHOTOS TAKEN AT THIS EVENT?
Yes, look out for our event photographer at the event and strike a pose. Check back here, at the event website, and/or on the event’s Facebook page for photos after the event to see if you are included in the event photo album. Some photos of attendees may be used for promotional purposes; as a ticketholder of the event, you grant us permission to do so and for your likeness to be used.

If you plan to use a GPS, please be aware that many GPS devices and mobile applications are not able to find the expo center by its physical address. If you have difficulty using your GPS to find the expo center, please use the address of 1601 Egypt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 (this address will take you to the Starbucks from which you can follow signs to the expo center).
From Rt. 76 (Schuylkill Expressway):
Follow Rt. 76 west to King of Prussia. Exit to Rt. 202 South (West Chester). Stay in the right lane for Rt. 422 West (Pottstown). Exit Rt. 422 at Oaks and make left onto Egypt Rd. Make left at Station Ave. (third light). Follow signs for the Expo Center.
From PA Turnpike:
Exit at Valley Forge and stay to the right. Exit Rt. 202 South (West Chester). Stay in right lane for Rt. 422 West (Pottstown). Exit Rt. 422 at Oaks and make left onto Egypt Rd. Left at Station Ave. (third light). Follow signs for the Expo Center.
From Rt. 422:
Take Rt. 422 (depending what direction you are coming from) to the Oaks exit and make left onto Egypt Rd. Left at Station Ave. (third light). Follow signs for the Expo Center.

If you will be taking public transportation from the Main Amtrak/SEPTA hub at 30th Street Station in Center City, you can get to the Expo Center one of the following ways:
- You can take the Manayunk/Norristown Train to the Norristown Transportation Center, and pick up the 99 bus from there.
- You can take the 124 or 125 buses to where they intersect the 99 bus route and transfer.
