fox29.com – PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) – Miller Lite announced they will be covering the first round of celebratory brews to those of legal drinking age at select bars in Philly if the Eagles beat the Saints on Sunday.
The limit is one per customer. Miller Lite has not announced the bar locations at this time.
Last year, Bud Light bought beer for everyone of legal drinking age in Philadelphia after the Eagles Super Bowl LII victory.
These promotions are always dope and Bud Light was certainly onto something last year with the #PhillyPhilly campaign. You couldn’t walk 2 blocks in Center City without hearing someone yell it or some sort of advertisement for it, so it makes sense that Miller Lite would get in on the fun. The only problem with these campaigns though (Even though Bud Light basically pulled it off at the parade) is that EVERYONE loves free and Philly is a big ass city….I hope they planned this out properly and choose a bunch of locations otherwise it’s going to be some long ass lines and irritated intoxicated Philadelphians trying to get their free Miller.
Now I say all that but I think the Birds win on Sunday (BDN is basically the greatest playoff QB to ever play the game ever…with all due respect) and you can bet your ass i’ll be one of those people waiting in line for my free victory beer. #FlyEaglesFly
