This weeks delivery of Home Chef, fell during the week of New Years so my delivery day was updated to Friday. Since I was choosing weekend meals, I went with two less healthier options. This was also my first week of updating my order to 4 servings. 

DAY 48: Korean Fried Chicken with edamame rice

This dish was listed as a customer favorite. I beg to differ. It was good but not great. The chicken didn’t fry as well as the picture showed and the edamame rice was not my style. However, the sauce was good so I gave it a try the following day with the other two servings and I cooked the chicken even longer and I still wasn’t impressed.

DAY 49: Ranch-Crusted Pork Chop with green beans and tomato

Because I updated my delivery to 4 servings, I overcooked my pork chop and under cooked my green beans. However, it was still good.
